1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or sale periods may take slightly longer to process.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are at flat 49/-
Free shipping on orders above 1499/-
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available, with a flat ₹99 handling fee added at checkout
This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is later cancelled
We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm before your order ships — just a quick check-in, nothing complicated
If we can't reach you within 24–48 hrs, the order will be cancelled automatically
COD works for orders up to ₹4000; for anything higher, we'll ask for full prepayment
Once your order is confirmed and on its way, we'll be unable to make changes or cancel it

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Order number
Clear photos/videos
Unboxing video

Our team will review and assist accordingly.

8. International Shipping

For international orders, the shipping cost will be based on actuals. Please note, you may need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.
