Refund policy
At Mini Moss, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed with love for your little one. We truly hope you adore your purchase. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Size issues

Wrong item received

Damaged or defective product
To be eligible for exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Original tags and packaging must be intact
-
The exchange request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order

Products must pass our quality check after return pickup
Mini Moss reserves the right to reject exchanges if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons associated with baby products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.
However, if you receive:

A damaged item

A defective product
-
An incorrect item
we will gladly arrange a replacement.
In cases where a replacement product is unavailable, store credit may be provided at the sole discretion of Mini Moss.
3. Exchange Charges
A flat exchange fee of ₹100 may apply towards reverse shipping and handling.
Once the exchanged item passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be shipped by Mini Moss at no additional shipping charge.
4. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Washed or used products

Products without original tags or packaging

Accessories including bibs, caps, bows, teethers, rattles, etc.

Gift boxes once opened

Customized or personalized products

Products purchased during clearance or sale periods
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, kindly share:

An unboxing/opening video
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
6. Exchange Process

The replacement order will be shipped within 3–5 working days after approval
Please note that reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Mini Moss reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Incorrect pricing

Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Incomplete customer information
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
